When you send a brief through the form we receive the name, company and work email you enter, the scope you pick, the day you suggest if you suggest one, and your message. Nothing else — the form does not read your IP address, your location or your browsing history.

If you reached us through a campaign link — one carrying utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term or utm_content — those labels travel with the brief, so we know which piece of our own marketing you saw. They describe the link, not you: no identifier is created and nothing is recorded about anyone who does not send a brief.

The site sets no cookies. Those campaign labels are the one thing it keeps in your browser, in session storage, which the browser clears the moment you close the tab. Nothing is read back from it except when you press send.

To reply to your enquiry and, if it goes further, to prepare a proposal. That is the only purpose. Your brief is not added to a mailing list, is not sold, and is not shared with anyone outside the studio.

The form is delivered to us by Resend, an email delivery provider, and by Telegram, so a single outage can never lose a brief; the message then sits in our own mailbox. The site itself is hosted by Vercel, which serves the pages and runs the form endpoint. All three act as processors on our behalf.

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within twelve months. Where we do work together, the correspondence is kept for as long as the contract and our accounting obligations require.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and we will act on it within a month, usually the same week.

If you would rather not describe your product over the open web, say so in one line and we will sign an NDA before you tell us anything. We sign on day one as standard, and 100% of intellectual property in the films we make transfers to you on delivery.
